Choose a starting format. You will be taken directly to its focused creation flow.
Step 1
Define what people see when they discover this Companion.
Name, summary, and discovery metadata.
Leave this off for a simpler creator. We will keep recommended defaults for checks, resources, conditions, and temporary effects.

Define how this Companion thinks, speaks, and behaves.
Who they are, what drives them, and what must remain consistent.
Canonical context immediately before the player's first turn. This is narrator context, not the opening prose itself.
The first message shown when a new chat opens.
Step 3
Decide who the player controls and how much character customization the adventure allows.
The player role is campaign-specific. Saved Personas can prefill identity later without bypassing these rules.
Default scores define the starting character. When character creation is enabled, Min/Max define the player's allowed range.
Modifier formula: floor((score − 10) / 2).
Step 4
Decide when uncertain actions should trigger a roll, then define the skills and tuning the referee can use behind the scenes.
Skills are the named check types the referee may call for, such as Athletics or Perception. Proficiency means the character is trained in that skill.
Step 5
Define persistent resources and consequences the server can authoritatively track.
Optional hit-point tracking and recovery.
A limited reroll budget for a new adventure.
Persistent status effects such as Injured, Poisoned, or Frightened.
Items the campaign tracks. Consumables can be invoked with slash actions when published.
Limited pools such as Mana, Stamina, Energy, or Focus.
Named special actions with limited uses, similar to moves, powers, or spells.
Short-lived buffs or debuffs that expire after a set number of turns.
Add facts this Companion should consistently remember, then show how it should respond.
